Good communication is the bridge between confusion and clarity. The world is becoming closer. We can communicate with each other within a fraction of second with technology. Phones, electronic media, print media, new virtual platforms and more help us to connect so easily. We learn about an individual so fast but in this communication, we are not clear what we want to communicate with each other. We want to communicate to create more confusion or to create more ease in executing any task. If you see the galaxy of stars and planets, though they exist around the earth, their path to spread the energy around is so clear. The sun shines to provide light for a day and the moon removes darkness and other planets to perform their tasks but we all are so confused.

If you've read any books which have cultural values especially in our country India, it's so clear what exactly they want to achieve. In the story where Lord Indra was angry with certain rituals not being performed by people, he showed his anger and poured heavy rains. Lord Krishna knew what this disaster would create but at the same time, he helped people to believe in rituals and took the help of the most sincere Govardhan Parvata and saved his people. Feeling anger and to overcome that anger, we need to create a positive attitude by not taking revenge or creating other problems to confuse people. I mean, Krishna did control the anger of Lord Indra and he also helped people to believe how those real rituals help mankind. Though he loved Radha, he differentiated between love and responsibility. We fall in love but sometimes we get confused between our love and responsibilities. If you observe this universe and our old books then you will know that the world will function well and better if we, together, developed clarity in our thoughts.

When the pools of thoughts in our minds are clear then everything will appear as it is and better opportunities will get created. Say, we have so many brands in different categories or professionals in different fields, everyone has a different way of working and everyone has their qualities. Some companies have a good marketing team, some have good technical skills, some may have strong bonding among each other and some may have very efficient people to work. Here, rather than comparing each other or highlighting each other's weaknesses to look better, why don't we strengthen ourselves and show our individual qualities as we can generate better output. Here, again, I will let you think about the stars and planets or animals and birds; they are so determined on team spirit when there are enemies. We all are together and we all have our power so let's put that to good use.

The biggest thing is we all humans have brains in our head. We have feet in our shoes and we all can steer ourselves in any direction we choose. But many of us are not able to do that because we are confused and don't have clarity on what we want to do in our life. I had one patient whose mother was a double graduate and had a premature child. All organs of that child were not developed. The child started walking on time like any other child but his speech was delayed. She visited one doctor who said that the child may have autistic features. She became so worried that she started researching autism from google and started interpreting and looking at all those features in her child. She was so confused and worried about what to do, she started looking at her child's future as blank! She came to me and I saw the child and said your child is absolutely normal and the child needs more stimulation from you.

She was not ready to believe that her child is normal and her awe was coming out as tears. Sometimes we start comparing or analyzing or detoxicating ourselves which creates a lot of confusion in our mind. We cannot see a clear picture ahead of us. I told her that whatever your child is whether autistic or mentally challenged or hearing impaired, all you need to do is give enough stimulation for the physical, physiological, emotional, behavioural or spiritual. A child cannot learn on its own, you need to feed it. If you are confident, your child will be confident as an individual. Knowing what are our weaknesses or drawbacks is not enough, we must apply to improve ourselves. Only willingness also does not work, we must do our best. Clarity only comes if we differentiate between normal and abnormal.

Good communication is when a person bridges the gap between confusion and clarity. Many patients visit the doctor or when customers go to buy any product, the doctor must understand what difficulty patient has and first give assurance, 'since you've come to me, don't worry, I have the solution to all your problems and I will help you to get correct path' and then make them understand their difficulty. The task becomes much easier. It's the same as telling a customer that you are our privileged customer and we are here to serve you. That bridge of communication makes the task easier for everyone. Just think about it! If we all start doing that then everyone will start to think in the positive and right direction. In this rat race of our lives, unconsciously, we have made the task difficult for everyone. We need to change.

Actually, we are wasting so much energy to create unhealthy, competitive situations which rather than generating money, creates natural disasters in the world. The true currency of the earth is not money it's the energy of love and kindness. If it starts flowing, (like the sun, moon, stars, planets and plants and other natural beauties like rivers and mountains) our world will be totally different. In my 29 years of experience in this profession, where I can earn as well as do social service, I feel the most beautiful thing I have enjoyed is the beauty of kindness and that is my real treasure of life. I have developed that clarity that I can enjoy earning money if I don't have confusion about what I can do. I only know that by helping and bringing a smile on others' faces gives satisfaction to earn for myself and for people who surround me.

Like a winged bird that trusts that it can fly without any doubts, why can't we all, who have immense potential to grow, grow to have a clear path? Grow without comparing or harming anybody. I feel we attain clarity in what we do through good communication. It truly can develop this world more efficiently and make it more beautiful.
