Integrity is more valuable than income...

  || Integrity Is More Valuable Than Income || I was reading the meaning of integrity, it says a person who works with honesty, ethics, and principles or a person who can tell the truth, on whom you can rely for everything, has integrity and when we talk about income in the sense of finance how rich or poor or middle-class person are you. In the recent fast world, only a person with more income has been given more priorities than a person with great integrity. Social media, print media, electronic media only has stories of who is billionaire or millionaire or has many cars or properties and whatnot. Do our kids who are the future for our need to learn all this? In educational books why do we still read about Gandhiji, many great leaders, and the people who were role models for us? We are so confused we don't know should we get knowledge and give knowledge from our educational books or follow the environment and social media around us. In a pandemic, we and the world have become sma

Loyalty is not just a word, it is a lifestyle...

 || Loyalty is not just a word, it is a lifestyle...  || God has created such wonderful connections between our senses and all those senses are loyal to each other. A small creature like a human being takes birth on this planet it comes out of the mother’s uterus with all senses i.e., ears, eyes, nose, tongue, and legs. When we as an audiologist and speech therapist learn about language it is taught to us that first is hearing which you have through ears and then with eyes, you get visual messages. Both these messages reach the brain and it also gives feelings of smell through the nose. It analyses what it actually is and then through brain and tongue to talk. And with movements of legs and hands, we express it. Now due to the process if senses are not loyal to each other all the functions get disturbed which we have observed with specially challenged people. But though they are especially challenged people the senses which are damaged in them either hearing impairment or blind or phys

|| TRUST THE PROCESS ||

 || TRUST THE PROCESS || Trust is the glue of life. It's the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It's the foundation principle that holds all relationships. A good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination. If you analyze both the statements then it reflects that life is a process where with trust you can build a foundation of effective communication and with the right direction can develop effective relationships with the world around you. Take a simple example of day-to-day life...you have curd in your food every day. You can't just pour milk into your plate and magically it turns into curd??? To form the curd you need to warm the milk, add a little ingredient, keep it the whole night and wait until it is converted into curd, which is a slow process. Here, how good curd you make depends on how well you do the process. Similarly, water comes from mountains, gets into streams then meets rivers and lakes, and then meets t

|| Self-awareness is ultimate knowledge ||

|| Self-awareness is ultimate knowledge || One of the chapters of Geeta narrates to represent our look we are made up of 5 elements that are mind, body, soul, senses and heart and for our name, we are recognized by our activities and our attitude. Our beautiful soul, senses and heart are created by god. These three elements are mandatory and god gift and other elements which are body, mind, activities and attitude are optional which we need to gift ourselves. That gift is ultimate knowledge about ourselves that say how we want to be. Our beautiful soul comes with a beautiful heart and with all the senses on this earth and then we grow our mind and body with certain activities and that reflects our attitude. Now here every human on this earth is unique and they make their own life by their commitments to themselves. Here I always talk about our interpersonal and intrapersonal skills which we develop over the years that communicates to this real-world either through our verbal or non-ver
