The Spiritual Journey

Image
The Spiritual Journey We embark on journeys for various reasons: work, to reunite with family, to spend time with friends, to explore new places, or simply to unwind. However, today I will delve into the concept of a spiritual journey. It's not merely a trip to religious sites; it encompasses the lessons learned during such journeys, which I will discuss. While delving into the detailed meaning of spirituality, I discovered that it transcends the self. It entails a sensory experience that reveals a force greater than oneself, a cosmic and divine universal energy. This force must be felt; it cannot be taught. Moreover, spirituality is not solely about religious experiences or personal growth; it involves the quest to find one's purpose in life. How many of us truly yearn for this spiritual journey? I believe many embark on it consciously, while others do so unconsciously, as if it's ingrained in their very being. Recently, I visited the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, performed the T

CHARITY AND ACTIVISM

  || CHARITY AND ACTIVISM || I love this statement, "Charity is like the sun, brightening every object on which it shines," and it's just true; see the glow of sunflowers once they get sunshine—they just bloom. Even we human beings, the moment the sun shines, it just brightens our day. Every day, in every part of the universe where human beings or creatures like animals, birds, and plants reside, they just wait for the sun to shine so that they can act. We have always understood the meaning of charity—that those organizations which collect money or materials to help the poor and needy do work to help society. It's the same way the sun helps society to survive and to act. Rays of sun do make social transformation of human beings. Learning from it, we humans also should make efforts to do charity in such a manner that it does social transformation of an individual. To do charity and activism is totally in our hands. Charity is not just about monetary d

Our Health is in Our Hands

Our Health is in Our Hands I recently heard about one of the well-known cyclists who cycled 100 km every day, passing away at the age of 45. Like many other well-known personalities, he died at an early age due to work pressure and overcommitment. It's been said that the cyclist used to wake up at 2:30 am every day to prepare for cycling the next day. I believe every individual has different potentials, but one needs to consider how much potential to utilize at the cost of physical or mental health. As humans, we possess a brain with the highest functionality for anlysis, rationalization, emotions, feelings, and many more features to live life. However, there are times when these features, especially the mind, body, and soul, don't synchronize, causing disruptions in life. This leads to a cascade of problems, becoming so complicated that we often can't even recall the origin of the issue. I recently met a woman who had some degree of hearing loss. Despite her struggles, she

|| CONFIDENCE UNLOCKS EVERY OPPORTUNITY IN LIFE ||   What a profound statement: "You don't have to change who you are, you have to become more of who you are." It holds true. In this millennium, we are witnessing a shift from being human beings to becoming more robotic. Sometimes, I wonder if science is altering the world around us or changing us fundamentally. The words of competition and comparison are reshaping our identities. Just imagine, since the universe's inception, our ancestors have demonstrated that Lord Krishna, with just one movement of his Sudarshan Chakra, could alter the entire universe in an anti-clockwise direction.   Will this scientific world survive in the face of such power? We know there is one universal force capable of changing the entire world, yet we continue to believe that humans can control everything. Despite numerous natural calamities occurring without warning, we sit and analyze how and why they happened. Do we need to conduc

|| GROWTH IS NOT LINEAR ||

  || GROWTH IS NOT LINEAR ||   Any natural growth process faces numerous challenges, whether it's the growth of plants and trees enduring various weather conditions and storms, or streams navigating from mountains to oceans with numerous ups and downs along the way. Similarly, individuals like soldiers, cricketers, athletes, or successful businessmen must endure numerous failures and experiences before achieving desirable success. Life's growth is often described as non-linear, marked by many ups and downs. However, what's crucial is understanding how one navigates through this process. The theory suggests the existence of cosmic energies in the universe. Those who believe in it argue that these energies circulate everywhere and through everything, in all circumstances. To experience this, one must engage with these energies while engaging in activities like walking, running, playing, jumping, shouting, and more. This interaction with the universal vital force facilita
