  || Don't forget what you love  || Love is what just happens; you can feel it; it cannot be put into words, according to people who have experienced it. When you connect with a real soul of your kind, typically your heart starts beating quickly, you start sweating, some new sensation or tickling feeling starts happening, you feel sudden closeness, and butterflies start flying in your stomach. Similarly, once we find an activity we want to perform or like, it just gives us a new sensation; it simply gives us a different energy, and we begin to view life differently. It is believed that first loves or crushes are irreplaceable; similarly, a passion that brings you great joy and a sense of life that you will never forget Let me talk about myself. When I was younger, dancing was my passion. I studied Bharatanatyam, Kathak, and folk dances along with my education.   || Keep Growing  || A plant represents the right symbol to grow if it is given enough water and soil. Our human chain is the best example of growth; we grow from baby to adult to human beings. It grows and also only goes in one direction physically. Give it a thought: can we go the reverse way? from human being to growing adult to growing child? physically no!! but mentally, yes! if you want or you can! I have seen many clients or many senior citizens who, though physically growing like human beings, develop mental behavior like a child. After working their whole lives and growing, they keep doing things to grow but forget the emotions of childhood and the best happy part of their lives. By the time they realize this, it is too late, and people around them find it difficult to digest their behavior of being small. ||  Diversity Equity and Inclusion  || In today's time, it's a hot topic. After the Pandemic, everywhere in business, healthcare, or any other sector, the importance of understanding the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion has come more into practice. People have started noticing that if importance is not given, everything will be affected. While listening to these three words by one of the speakers, I felt logical that this is so important in day-to-day life situations as well. As a medical practitioner, I see so many clients from diverse cultures, religions, and environments. For me, all clients are equal, though they come from different economic conditions. For me, it is also important to look at all the specially-abled kids in a similar manner, and my duty is to minimize their challenges and to include them in normal society so that they feel warmth and comfort and that they do belong to the society of so-called humans in this universe.
