And compared to money and fame our physical and mental health is also equally important. Mind, body, and soul when travels together in one direction we start enjoying life differently. You live life and love life if you feel content. When the earth moves in one direction and forms day and night. The day is to work for your mind and night for your body to rest. Your mind can work efficiently if you give good rest to your body. One should work only on how much body permits to do. If you maintain physical health than mental health also remains stable. If you see in vad paksha (according to Hindu calendar) moon moves from bright to darkness and in (Shukla paksha )it moves from darkness to brightness. || The Language of Smile || The language of a smile can only be learned from our kids. Their smile is so innocent and the brain is most flexible which is ready to learn anything. The sky is also beautiful and wide for them. For any child who is born in any religion or any socioeconomic condition or any country, their thoughts process is open to accept anything. The child won't even know in reality what life will be for them. In the rat race of our life and circumstance of all the struggle, we have forgotten about the happiness which we had as a kid. Happiness without thinking or comparing with anything is the real immunity booster of our life. I think we should find it and cherish it again so we start enjoying life again. I think whenever we feel sad we should look at our child's innocent emotions and smile again thinking we were like them sometimes. ||  LET' S CREATE A BETTER WORLD OF COMMUNICATION || Let's aspire to be a better version of ourselves. This pandemic coronavirus has taught us to think differently. Rituals, money, status, facilities, traveling, growth everything we can do but can't do as there is no connection, as of now the only thing important for us is to pass this difficult time and survive. I enjoy doing a lot of research on " how we can create a better world of communication " where I realized communication is 80% how u feel and 20% how u learn. Communication also includes physical, physiological, psychological, emotional and one more aspect is the spiritual aspect which connects us with god. When I think to connect it gives me immense pleasure as God being there helps me to be a better version of myself. Faith in Krishna reminded me that we are all in the same condition as Arjuna was then constant under tremendous pressure to fight the battle ....we too are fighting our own battles ...he

|| CHANGE FOR GOOD || || SEE THE LIGHT FOR YOU AND PATH OF HOPE FOR OTHERS || Recently we experienced eclipse created by earth, moon, and sun coming in coordination and creating light for us to visualize. I feel it bought us a chance. " Change for Good ". According to spiritual gurus, it was very important as it got us a lot of positivity. If you see, visualization may be different from country to country and different from person to person. But it got us beautiful light, a light of hope . || LIFE IS LIKE SEVEN COLORS || "Life is colorful like seven colors of the rainbow" The sky looks so beautiful when we see a rainbow in the sky. When there is too much heat, clouds start coming and its time to rain, that's the time we see a beautiful rainbow in the sky which indicates change and if you see that change is beautiful. If you study, our Indian culture is as colorful as a rainbow, it shows all the colors including helping each other . There are so many Gods and Goddesses that are worshiped depending on the caste, religion, languages, and many more rituals. While making this earth (Shristi) according to mythology, all God and Goddess together made this Shristi and while making it everyone was given their responsibilities and rituals to follow. For eg. to begin new work we worship lord Ganesha and for wealth, we worship Lakshmiji and so on. With this, they also convey to us that everyone cannot do everything and everyone knows something and is given something. S

|| FAITH CREATES MIRACLES || FAITH is one such word if you understand the depth, you will enjoy living in a very different manner. If you see, God has made nature with mountains, rivers, sun, moon, stars  who are always ready to shine.  God has made humans who can think and create unimaginable creations but, after making such creations, humans should also remember that to make such creations there is a God who is always there to hold you their hands to support them. Krishna was always surrounded by cows and he used to love their innocence. Cows don't have brains like humans, they always believe in giving. Though we feed them or not, Cows will never fail to serve us milk. They don't think about receiving a reward. Be it a Cow or any other living creature, they are real symbols of keeping faith in caring about others also in difficult situations. || LOVE IS A BEAUTIFUL FEELING || Love is the only thing that makes you feel that God exists. There is no compensation to love.  Love only keeps us connected.  Today I wish to share and spread the love for humanity. Lord Krishna did all his kridas but he never gave up or was disheartened just because, he was doing all these kridas to make humans learn and understand love.  His love for Radha was his love for eternity. He believed and had strength in his love with Radha as it was selfless and they had no expectations from each other. It was just pure love which had the depth of understanding. He had a love for his cows and friends, relatives, and family. He loved his Bansuri a lot. He used to get lost in the love of music and through his music he was spreading the message of " Love for Humanity ".
