Mental health leads to positive approach

Mental health leads to positive approach   I was reading about how to think about mental health or what exactly mental health is. I came across one quote: "Mental health is not a destination; it's a process. It's about how you drive and not where you are going." I was about to write about this when, by the grace of God, I got an opportunity to travel to the USA and visit San Francisco after my international conference. My daughter and I drove to Muir Woods and went on a nature trail. The place was exceptionally beautiful, filled with rosewood trees that were more than 1000 years old. These trees have an incredibly strong base that nothing can shatter. They receive only 5% of sunlight every day, and there was a time when a fire had occurred, but none of the trees were affected. A child comes into this universe with an empty brain, and the thought process of the brain is learned from the individual's environment, especially with the help of parents. If parents work with strong mental health and a positive attitude, the child also develops in a similar manner. It doesn't matter from which economic

Value experience over things

  || Value Experience Over Things ||   It is said that every experience in life you have makes you grow, whether it's the experience of eating nutritious food with good habits and discipline, having a good education from a positive environment with a good school, or developing a healthy thinking process as an individual. Learning to dress oneself in clean, neat, and presentable clothes also contributes to this growth. Additionally, having friends who believe in you and support you in times of need, or engaging in charitable activities wherever and however it is needed, can foster personal development. If you approach these experiences with focus, sincerity, and an open heart, they yield the best results and become more valuable than material possessions. Every step and moment in life brings new experiences, and it's said that any experience, whether positive or negative, can have intrinsic value. Unlocking that value is a matter of our choices. I believe that if you start im
