It believes to be united, people follow rituals, connected and helpful to each other. What is the vision of an organization? It is employees should work with dedication and help in the best way to grow the company. What is the vision of parents or family?   || OUR KARMA IS OUR DHARMA || In Indian culture, we always pray to Lord Ganesha first before starting any new work or any rituals or pooja, the same way we pray to goddess Laxmi on the auspicious occasion of Diwali so that we live a life of immense health and wealth. We welcome a baby girl in our house as we welcome goddess Laxmi and similarly, we also welcome the new bride in our family with impressions of her beautiful footsteps as good luck. In many religions, there is a special ritual welcoming the bride as it brings happiness in the family. The bride’s arrival is celebrated in a family as she’ll be the one who will nurture the family. Similarly, what if we welcomed good karma which will yield happiness in our life? Dharma not only means you pray to God and go to the temple but also that you, as a human being understand the need to do good karma by coordinating and connecting to God with your mind, body and soul. This Diwali let's Light our Hearts because,  || LOVE CONQUERS ALL || An ultimate phrase written by the great scientist, Albert Einstein. I was amazed to hear the theory of relativity by him which said that my research of energy is related to the energy of love. It is the biggest universal force for mankind that they need to understand as a lesson to understand humanity. Scientific revolution also has a deep meaning in life. This Pandemic has taught us that however we, human beings run with science, the reality only exists if it has feelings. Recently, I visited a place where there was a 400 years old Banyan tree. It's so beautiful and many couples spend love moments under the shadow of that tree. The tree is a symbol of love, where under its shadow, everyone feels secure and once you get that warmth of that shadow, you feel like being there again and again. In the same way, if we try to give security and warmth as human beings, we feel like connecting again and again....    Rad

 || Awareness is better than Precaution || You all must have heard the proverb, "Precaution is better than cure." I would like to change it. I feel if you have awareness about what you need in life then it helps you take precautions and maybe then cure won't be needed much. Why do I say so??? In our lives, what we need is to know our basics. First, Consciousness- What we actually want to do and what we want from our own life. To do something in life we need to communicate, to communicate we need to be aware of what emotions and energy we have for ourselves and for others. That passion to be something in life will only come to you if you have the security to believe in your own self and also the people who are with you along the way in your life. When I started thinking about awareness the first thought I had was of Lord Krishna, who is always there to guide us. We just have to feel his presence. We think, eat, smell, walk or talk, he is everywhere to make us feel the worl
