Mental health of young parents

Image
  || Mental health of young parents ||   I have heard that the young always inherit revolutions. After the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing scientific revolution, along with the fast pace of the world, the younger generation has taken many unimaginable and miraculous steps. For instance, many young scientists were involved in the project to land on the moon, such as Chandrayan 3. Numerous young CEOs have also shown remarkable results in achieving success. Young people have witnessed the world becoming closer through communication systems like computers, phones, and social media. With the recent education system, they also know how to use these media to establish or flourish in their own businesses. Life on Earth has become expensive, and to survive comfortably, we need to earn money. However, don't you think that these desires are sometimes created by individuals under peer pressure, comparison, show-off, and other negative thought processes? So, even though you may be financi

Listen better

Image
  || Listen better ||   Somewhere, I read that listening is a magnetic force. If you think deeply, it's just true. Some of our good singers, like Kishore Kumar and Lata Ji (the Nightingale), had voices that were so powerful and melodious that they attracted us to listen to them, and we enjoyed them. Their voices touched our hearts, and to this day, even though they are no longer with us, we remember them. Being an audiologist for 32 years, what I have felt is that listening has two aspects. One is what you hear through music and someone's voice when you talk, and the other is listening with your heart. When you hear the deep thoughts of your loved ones and start fulfilling those thoughts without making them feel that you are doing so, you listen with your heart, and you listen for your own betterment and for the betterment of your loved ones. I deal with hearing-impaired kids every day, and I feel that they are always happy and inspiring, as they don't hear like us thro

Self Education leads to Balanced Lifestyle

Image
  || Self Education leads to Balanced Lifestyle || It is said and proven, more or less, that normal education helps you to grow and will help you to live better. However, self-education will help you to make your great fortune. It will also help you to understand life, and when life works in harmony with what you do, feel, eat, say, and think, it goes into harmony, which is called a balanced lifestyle. We have seen many big personalities who do many advertisements or become brand ambassadors for certain work or products, but when it comes to putting it into practice or applying it, they do not do it or use it. There is certain work done to change people's mindsets or for their entertainment, but there are certain things that can harm others. I feel that as role models in society, they should not do it. Great personalities should have a certain level of self-awareness. I mean, every professional should understand their priorities and values. Just imagine if any doctor or teacher e

Psychological safety: A trend or need

Image
||  Psychological safety:   A trend or need || In the recent world of social media, we have become familiar with this new word, i.e., "trend." The word "trend" is trending. People's highest trend is using Apple products or Android products, or the trend of following Google for everything, or the trend of following Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube, and many more. All over the world, people are following the flow of the trend. Recently, I was trying on some clothes for one of the designers who was styling me. They asked me the first question, "Ma'am, which brand do you follow for your pants? Which brand do you prefer for wearing your watches? I have this brand; which one do you prefer?" I said, "I'm a simple person; I don't follow any brand. I wear clothes that make me feel comfortable and a watch that looks nice and shows me the correct time." The recent market trend has created so much in our minds that our own psychology

Luck or Skill

||Luck or Skill||   When we talk about luck for someone, it often implies they are a winner. For instance, if someone wins the lottery or receives a gift in a lucky draw, we say they are very lucky to have obtained it. However, those who are fortunate in receiving gifts may not necessarily be fortunate in maintaining relationships, having good physical and mental health, or facing various other situations. In the natural world, many trees may appear beautiful and seem lucky because people appreciate their beauty. Yet, they may lose their charm over time and eventually regain it after a while. On the other hand, there are numerous trees that aren't particularly admired, but they survive for many years and provide shelter to countless people. Nature itself teaches us that while luck can play a role in our lives, to truly thrive with that luck and enjoy the beauty of life, one must also possess skills. I once read somewhere that people who are lucky and work with happiness will receiv
