When a soldier prepares himself or herself, they have to undergo a lot of exams and a lot of training, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional. It's intense training, and they have to have a stable mind and think rationally, as so many people's lives and responsibilities the country has given to them. If a soldier is given the responsibility to fly and demolish the enemies' area, and if their heart or body is not functioning well, the whole country will be in danger.   || VISION FOR MISSION ||     How about a New Year's resolution vision to become a better human being and a mission to be a better human being? It is said that a vision is what you want to do, and a mission is what you have to do. I believe that to create a better and more beautiful world around us, we need to have a vision and mission similar to the way nature, plants, birds, animals, air, and water do. Regardless of what happens, we will always be who we are. As human beings, we should strive to be better individuals, whether it is in our professional work, as members of a family, as part of a community, or as citizens of a country. Nowadays, in the fast pace of the world, everyone wants change—whether it's a change in routine life or a change in the way they eat, drink, sleep, or work. Now, the new generation or the new era requires a change in relationships as well, very fast. Working with many parents, youngsters, and senior elders, what I have observed is that the major changes people feel the need to make are often due to peer pressure.
