"Coronavirus pandemic has passed, we have faced many calamities and observed numerous natural disasters. Learning from the sun's rays and returning back to the use of solar energy teaches us not to experiment too much with science. Let's live a natural life, enjoy our feelings, and learn to connect with each other with love. Let's change our behaviour from taking selfies to standing united together. Whether it's during elections to choose the right people for us, the selection of the right individuals at different places like temples or at the corporate level, or even in your workplace, let's find the purpose of our life and the purpose of the people who exist around us. Let's also find the purpose of apologizing to our God, who is our creator, and let's change our behaviour towards God as well as towards the universe in which we exist. In this fast-paced world, we have forgotten to spare time for prayers as a show of faith towards God. Let's take some time each day to pray and change our attitude towards our prayers."

We have seen those devils like Kansa and Ravana, who used to think of themselves as gods and wanted to run our universe with adharma. Due to their self-desires, in the end, they lost everything, including their lives. Lord Krishna and Lord Rama gave them the opportunity to change their behaviour, but they did not realize that doing adharma and not agreeing to apologize would lead to their defeat and losing their lives in front of those people whom they were commanding. With deep prayers, they had achieved higher consciousness to connect with God, but they did not have the thought process of gratitude and the purpose of apology. Therefore, rudeness and ego killed them in front of their own people. It is said that as an individual in this universe, you are not just your skin or your body; you are a cell in the body of the divine. You are a magnificent product of divine creation, an inspiration made manifest in human form compared to other creatures in this universe, so you need to behave accordingly."

It is proven that every individual human being on this universe who has a so-called human brain has individual psychological needs. We all need to realize our self-actualization. Our self-respect and self-esteem are the priority, and love and belonging are our utmost needs. We enjoy our lives to the fullest if we have a sense of safety and security. The highest safety and security which we can achieve is when we feel that God still exists and has the power to change everything around us. Those people who achieve the highest form of learning of safety and security with connection with God have proven to live longer and stress-free. We see so many senior citizens who, at the age of 80, also have a healthy life; they are the real devotees of God.

Recently, I met a doctor who is 90 years old. He came to the clinic with one of his patients, who is around 80 years old and was experiencing hearing issues. Despite his age, the doctor is physically healthy, very down to earth, still practices medicine, and takes care of his patients with warmth. He regularly visits his patients' homes to ensure they are healthy. I asked him about the secret to his active and healthy lifestyle, and he said it's about believing in God and believing that you exist with a purpose. He emphasized the importance of giving and receiving, whether it's gratitude, warmth, or apologies. He also stressed the significance of working with ethics and principles, doing good, and learning from others. He explained that the calmer you are, the easier life becomes. I was amazed to hear him speak and found myself inspired by how a positive attitude towards every aspect of life can profoundly change one's behavior and overall well-being.

A child who is just learning language and all the activities of life from their environment may sometimes make mistakes or exhibit behaviours that are not considered normal. As parents, it's crucial for you to not neglect these behaviours, as they can multiply over time and become more challenging to control. Instead, you should take some time out and sit with the child, understand their perspective, and offer guidance, this can make a significant difference. When parents apologize to their child and explain the pros and cons of various situations, the child feels secure and safe. They understand that even if they make mistakes, their parents are there to guide and protect them. Children are innocent and rely on their parents for guidance. Many parents struggle with their children who have behavioural issues, and often these issues stem from either over-pampering or being too harsh with the child. In both cases, the child may not fully understand the real purpose of life and the expectations within their environment. In today's fast-paced society, where there's often a pressure to succeed and keep up with the pace, it's essential for parents to prioritize communication, understanding, and guidance with their children. This can help in developing a healthy parent-child relationship and support the child's development while he learns to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

To fight against the existing reality, we need to make a change. I read somewhere that to lead a healthy life, especially in kids, the best solution is to work on limiting the use of the "3 S's": fair use of sweets, salt, and screens. Even when Lord Krishna, as a child, stole something or got into mischief with friends and family, though he was a god, he learned the importance of apologizing from his parents. During those times, screens like iPads, smartphones, and computers were not present; instead, there were feelings and emotions, which provided true learning experiences in life. Happiness in life can only be achieved when we feel happiness around us.

Starting your day positively doesn't require looking at horoscope cards. Instead, focus on what you can offer the world. Take a moment to appreciate the good things in your life. Setting intentions of kindness and gratitude can shape your day in a positive way. Look for opportunities to help others and spread happiness. This proactive approach empowers you to create the kind of day you desire. Believe in yourself and your ability to make a difference. So, skip the horoscope and embrace your own power. Begin each day with gratitude and determination to make it the best one yet.

Meditation infuses life with positivity by fostering inner peace, clarity, and emotional resilience. Through regular practice, individuals cultivate a deep sense of mindfulness, enabling them to remain present in the moment and let go of negative thoughts and emotions. This heightened awareness leads to a greater appreciation for life's simple joys and a more profound connection with oneself and others.Additionally, meditation cultivates a compassionate outlook, both towards oneself and others. As individuals develop greater self-awareness and acceptance, they naturally extend kindness and empathy to those around them, fostering harmonious relationships and a more compassionate society. Ultimately, the positivity that meditation brings into life is transformative, empowering individuals to navigate challenges with grace and resilience while embracing the beauty and abundance present in each moment.
