The Good Vibes Only...
The Good Vibes Only....
Our brain thinks and generates thoughts, and our thoughts, in turn, generate vibes. If our thought process flows in a positive and constructive direction, our intuitions and vibes also become positive. Positive thoughts create positive vibes. It is said that all it takes for an individual to change their perspective is to change the way they think and suddenly, they begin to see a whole new world. Why do I say this? Recently, I met a boy who is in his third year of engineering. His desire is to become a pilot. He is a smart boy, but he has a slight hesitancy when it comes to speaking. He feels he can't speak clearly. After a year of contemplation, he became determined to pursue training to become a pilot. He was overall intelligent and self-aware, he knew his strengths as well as his bad habits. I asked him, “If you had to choose a different path apart from becoming a pilot, what would you do?” He immediately looked at his mother and replied, “I’ll discuss it with my mom and follow whatever she suggests.” His mother, however, gave a very blank look.
After the boy left to go to another room, I asked his mother, “What do you feel your child should become?” She replied, “I’m okay if he becomes a pilot, as he desires but frankly speaking, I don’t really want him to become one.” Now, here’s the thing: the mother is a role model for this boy, and he is aware on some level that his mother doesn’t support his dream of becoming a pilot. With that mindset surrounding him, how will he ever succeed? He will constantly be in a dilemma “Should I pursue it or not?” He already has challenges with his speech that he needs to overcome, and on top of that, he isn’t receiving positive vibes from the one person he looks up to and loves the most his mother. I gently requested the mother, “If you truly want to help your child become a pilot, then support him wholeheartedly, not with mixed or confused energy. Your genuine encouragement and confidence in his dream can create miracles. Be a part of his journey with belief and love.”
Many times, we become rigid in our thought process and, without realizing it, end up disturbing the lives of others. Yet, just one positive vibe or a kind gesture towards someone can bring a significant change in that person’s life.
Working with hearing-impaired children and witnessing their courage in facing life’s challenges fills me with such positive energy that I forget my own pain and difficulties. It makes me reflect deeply — I have all my senses intact, yet I sometimes complain about small things, failing to truly value the blessings I have.
Many times, we come across people struggling with mental health issues, and we tend to feel sorry for them. Often, there's a misconception that mental health problems only affect emotionally weak individuals but that’s far from the truth. Mental health issues can arise due to genetic predisposition, environmental stressors, or even chemical imbalances in the brain. Among these, environmental stressors are often unknowingly created by us through negative, dismissive, or non-cooperative comments. We may not realize it, but a seemingly small remark can trigger something much bigger for someone else. That’s why it’s so important to consciously cultivate a habit of spreading positive vibes. A kind word, an encouraging gesture, or simply being present with empathy cannot only uplift individuals but also contribute to reducing mental health issues in society as a whole.
I was reading in a book recently that many times, we put in real hard work and focus all our actions toward achieving our goals. It’s well-proven that concentration and consistency are essential parameters for success. You may be educated, gifted, and possess efficient skills but unless you develop the habit of creating good vibes around every action you take, success may still elude you. Your inner good vibes act as a powerful catalyst. They can help you reach your goals faster, amplifying the impact of your concentration and consistency. I experience this every time I sit down to write my blog. It fills me with such positive energy that I not only feel inspired to become a better version of myself, but it also helps me see people through a whole new lens with empathy, understanding, and appreciation.
Lord Krishna’s innocent smile and unwavering determination to fight for the people, Lord Rama’s sacrifices for his own family and his commitment to uphold dharma over adharma, Lord Ganesha’s deep respect for his parents, and Goddess Durga or Kali’s fierce battle to defeat evil all these divine figures have always brought positive vibes into our lives. Over the years, they’ve existed with us in the form of idols, yet their energies remain so vibrant that simply being near them fills us with peace and positivity. They walked the path of righteousness not as unreachable beings, but as humans who chose higher ideals. But have we ever truly reflected on that? The power of good vibes and goodness is all around us in our actions, our thoughts, and the energies we carry. We just need to slow down, notice it, and nurture it within ourselves.
In today's fast-paced world, the phrase good vibes only is more than just a trend, it's a conscious lifestyle choice. As more people turn to mindfulness and energy healing to navigate stress and anxiety, we’re beginning to understand the true impact of our vibrational energy. Just like the presence of divine energies in our homes brings peace, our own mindset can radiate positivity or negativity into the space around us. Cultivating a positive mindset doesn’t mean ignoring challenges it means choosing to respond with grace, gratitude, and growth. When we align our inner world with positivity, we naturally attract better relationships, opportunities, and peace of mind.
Think of it as your personal spiritual ecosystem, what you feed it with, grows. Every thought, every word, and every intention carries frequency. Just like how ancient idols continue to emit high spiritual energy, our consistent actions and thoughts create an energetic field that impacts not only our own mental health but the lives around us. Choosing good vibes isn't about toxic positivity, it's about embracing emotional awareness, healing old patterns, and consciously choosing love over fear. And once that shift begins, you'll notice how the universe starts responding in the most magical ways.
