|| HEALTHY MIND AND HEALTHY BODY LEADS TO HEALTHY SOUL ||

A healthy mind and a healthy body lead to a healthy soul. This difficult time and pandemic have taught us that health is so important for us. And compared to money and fame our physical and mental health is also equally important. Mind, body, and soul when travels together in one direction we start enjoying life differently. You live life and love life if you feel content.


When the earth moves in one direction and forms day and night. The day is to work for your mind and night for your body to rest. Your mind can work efficiently if you give good rest to your body. One should work only on how much body permits to do. If you maintain physical health than mental health also remains stable.


If you see in vad paksha (according to Hindu calendar) moon moves from bright to darkness and in (Shukla paksha )it moves from darkness to brightness. We generally have our festival celebrations and good work during a brighter time in Shukla paksha as it gets a lot of positivity. The same way when our body needs relaxation we should allow our body to rest and work with the mind so that we have a lot of positive energy with a perfect body.


This reminds of Sudarshan chakra which Krishna started when a lot of evil or adharma was happening. He revolved chakra to remove the negativity of wrong things and to make people realize what is dharma. What is the right religion to help others? Today we pray Sudarshan chakra so it removes negativity from us and from the environment around us.


This pandemic has taught us that food, water and air have got from god. Beautiful nature also is created for us but somehow we have forgotten the value of it. So the time has come that we need to awake our mind and understand the depth and reality of the situation. Our negative thoughts, our overpowering of our intelligence in technology, our strength is hurting the environment, our overexposure of mind and body has put us in these situations that now we don't have options but to change.


We human being only living things on earth has power and potential to understand through our brain and thinking process that we can create our own self-awareness. Let's realize that now we need to think through our hearts and not with the mind. Let our hearts become our eyes to give warmth to our family, our relationships for other human beings, and love towards nature and the environment surrounding us.
8 hours of working, 8 hours of rest and 8 hours for our own self has been a real mantra to love our life. Those hours of the active brain with the efficiency of self-realization gives satisfaction and rest and sleep with a stable mind.


Here I would like to mention the commander J Nath, whom I have come in contact from last few years, who has won twice Mahavir chakra and fought for the country. At the age of 90 also he is perfectly fit, walks with confidence, still so humble, and always ready to help others. His achievements were possible with self-discipline. The beauty of him being so humble is the result of his brilliant mind and of a remarkable soul.


I think we all can be efficient with our organization skills, understanding our body and mind. Keep it in sink and understand what is good and what is bad for us and with our awareness and keep positivity in doing everything. We all can come together and create wonders. So let's love life with our healthy body, mind, and soul.
