|| Reinvent Yourself ||

When I was reading the meaning of the invention, it read, the invention is a slow and gradual process, you don't get there overnight. If you see a beautiful garden with beautiful flowers, Tulips in Amsterdam during summer or cherry blossom flowers in the USA in spring or when you see it in person it looks really beautiful. It gives relaxation to eyes, fragrance to the nose, and taste of beauty. It feels like walking around barefoot in the garden and sometimes you feel like plucking those flowers with your hands. We use all our body organs to cherish those moments. While making this beautiful garden, so many people put their time and efforts. You need to plow them, nourish them, and maintain them. They do get natural sunlight, soil, and water but apart from that, it requires efforts so that you enjoy those beauties at its best. There is a process in creating that beautiful garden blossom with flowers. The same way God has given us birth, food, water, and air but to make it feel best, we need to invent ourselves. This Pandemic has given that time of the process, so let's reinvent ourselves.

KRISHNA took many avatars that he reinvented many times on this earth. Every time he took rebirth was looking at the need and so that he can help humankind. Though Krishna is the one who had made this Universe but still he reinvented himself so many times?! Every time he took birth, he also had to go through the process like any other normal human being. He took rebirth in different ways and the end result was to help humankind and survive dharma on this earth. Every time he took birth to create a change. He taught different lessons of life as any normal human being has to go through. In our Pushti created by Lord Krishna, it says, 'Pushti is Shristi' which is everything. Ups and downs, love and hate, loose and win, fun and sadness, respect and humility, anger, and smile. You can say every phase of life. Lord Krishna had to go through such a process if you really see the stories of Lord Krishna. But we human beings are not ready to face it.

When the Apple brand creates the new phone they first study,  what humans are looking for in the future, then they apply their research in the invention process. They create a new chip with more features that are human friendly and then they form it and create a marketing strategy accordingly. They see that humans get attracted to it and decide to purchase it as soon as possible and later they generate revenue to do other research. The vicious cycle goes on. Invention and reinvention keep happening to gain the attention of human beings like us. How about we create our selves as someone who learns how to connect to people, to be connected, and to be humble. We research ourselves and form a chip of our body, mind, and soul, which is friendly and it does it's best to be connected and generate revenue for ourselves through love and kindness. I think that will help us to invent and reinvent ourselves and that also only with positivity.

Krishna says if you believe, you can do it. No one is you, it is your power. We all individuals have interpersonal and intrapersonal qualities that cannot be compared. Though some of us are born in the same family or the same community or following the same religion all of us have different voice qualities and different personalities.  We have unique personalities like Amitabh Bachchanji, Lata Mangeshkar, and many more. They are like us only. They worked hard and got wonderful opportunities and they made sure to make the best use of it. Here, I would especially like to mention that in my 29 years of life I have seen many kids who are just gifted and if we help them to balance and work on their potential then they can do wonders. I have seen one kid who was gifted but he used to stammer. He was a perfectionist but he used to feel conscious and had a fear of talking. I told him this is just your overthinking and you are just brilliant. So use your skills for good, learn sports, divert your mind, and balance your mental and physical health. He did his best and today he is a tennis player and a mathematician and doing extremely well in his career. One needs to analyze what power he/she has.

"You have the power to create your own calm". When I travel abroad alone, I enjoy the best time possible. I get to hear music I like, I like to read, write. So I enjoy traveling and try to notice small things that pass my time so beautifully that there is no possibility of being lonely. One has to learn to keep our mind occupied as that only helps us to remain calm. I as a mother feel my daughters should know how to play games like skating, swimming, dancing, and cooking so wherever they are and whatever situation comes, they know how to pass their time. I tell my clients as well to follow these activities. Recently I was treating one aunt from Dubai who had a stroke and lost her speech and I just told her to read Bhagwat Gita and write every day and sing. Today she has got her speech back and she is just enjoying doing all those activities. And that positive attitude of her has helped her to recover much faster.

If you get a paralytic attack or any disease and you keep thinking why it has happened to you? You tend to lose your confidence and feel lost, that makes you duller and those worries literally masters you. Your thinking goes to saturation level and progress gets limited. Many senior citizens who lose their hearing, come to us and say now I don t want to hear much and I don t have to do much and I'm OK with simple things, but why? When we are children our time goes in education, middle age in earning and running and then old age is the only time where you have enough time to do what you desire and you don't want to hear? I  feel that it is the best time to hear, learn, and teach others. 

To reinvent, you need to imagine the most beautiful world for yourself and for others. Which is possible only through imaginations. If you see all the seven wonders of the world, beautiful sculptures, gardens, historical monuments or paintings or unique bridges, Disney world, recreational or adventurous activities or temples, churches or mosques all around, the world is the creation of once imagination and they got created with a process where so many efforts were made by so many people. So why can't we as individuals imagine our future so that we can make our world beautiful and also can help to make the world beautiful for others. 

Altogether we as an individual need to reinvent ourselves which makes us happy and comfortable to live our own life. Accept our troubles willingly and face all the situations with confidence and our own will power. We need to reinvent ourselves where others opinion for us doesn't matter. We need to believe in ourselves and our capabilities and love life as it's the most beautiful thing.
