|| LOVE CONQUERS ALL ||
This Diwali let's Light our Hearts because,
|| LOVE CONQUERS ALL ||
An ultimate phrase written by the great scientist, Albert Einstein. I was amazed to hear the theory of relativity by him which said that my research of energy is related to the energy of love. It is the biggest universal force for mankind that they need to understand as a lesson to understand humanity. Scientific revolution also has a deep meaning in life. This Pandemic has taught us that however we, human beings run with science, the reality only exists if it has feelings. Recently, I visited a place where there was a 400 years old Banyan tree. It's so beautiful and many couples spend love moments under the shadow of that tree. The tree is a symbol of love, where under its shadow, everyone feels secure and once you get that warmth of that shadow, you feel like being there again and again. In the same way, if we try to give security and warmth as human beings, we feel like connecting again and again....
Radha-Krishna, the ultimate love. I was reading in the Bhagavad Geeta, a small love narration that the very fair Radha, once asked the dark-skinned Krishna, 'Why is it that you are Power and God but look dark (Shyam)?' To which Krishna replied saying, 'I want to shine like the kajal shines in your eyes and also if I have dark skin than you will shine out more so people will know how much I love you and respect you.' This kind of love is the ultimate universal force and the only best feeling of a meaningful life narrated by Lord Krishna. Does this feeling of love really exist in this world? We live in the world of selfies, moving and talking with smart phones, wanting fast robotic skills to be powerful; in reality, anybody hardly has the time to feel those moments of love. Our culture, our religion, our spirituality, everything has become self-centered. It's a vicious cycle and now it happens unconsciously. The time has come that we become conscious about it.
A very simple formula to follow is, 'love is light and for that listen to your heart.' If there is love in your heart, it will guide you through your life. I truly endorse the quote, "Love has its own intelligence." Love is god. Love unfolds your life to live and gives meaning to your life. A very simple example- Parents work hard for their children whom they love the most. The love for their kids give them strength to fight against any challenges of life. I remember a very small incident when a mother, who was only an 8th grade graduate, came from a village and got married and settled in Mumbai. Her child who got detected with hearing loss. Her husband wanted the child to go to an English medium school but she came to my clinic said that she couldn't afford to send her child for tuitions to learn English and asked me the fastest and best way to learn English so that she could teach her child English at home, being the only one spending time with the child. She got Rapidex and many other books and started learning for the child and succeeded in that! So now you know why I endorsed the statement, "Love has its own intelligence."
Today, inclusiveness is the best and highest virtue of practice because the need to belong is one of the strongest need in our society. This is only and only possible due to the small yet powerful generator called love which we all have in our hearts. Today, I work with deaf kids and if they can be worked with removing myths and misconceptions from society and if they're screened earlier with correct diagnosis and given best rehabilitation then they can be a part of the normal society. With love and care, they can be national assets than liabilities. Likewise, if every individual in this society can be taken care of, removing myths and misconceptions & by understanding and giving respect to each other, they can be powerful national assets. This is only possible if we spread the energy of love with our education.
Accepting a person the way they are comes from love which makes it easy to tolerate and respect. I always go back to this phrase “ do unto others as you would want done to you”. Thinking outside yourself and putting yourself in the other person’s shoes. I remind both my daughters again and again, till it becomes part of their thinking process.
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely deep article. One must read it slowly so that the words sink in and becomes our way of dealing with others.
Thankyou.
