 || INNER PEACE IS THE NEW SUCCESS MANTRA.....||

When we think of the word peace immediately, we relate to either white color or think of pigeon bird or meditation. For me, inner peace is shining like the sun in a bright and colorful sky. All the colors of life we can see clearly in the beautiful sky, fly freely like a bird in this beautiful sky. Stream flows from the mountain and gets connected to the river and meets the sea. In this process, it collects every possible thing on the way, it collects and leaves at one place and then just decides to move further. Similarly in life, we collect all the possible experiences and feelings of life. We gather them in the form of experiences and one day we leave at one place and move further with determination and transparency and faith. See that we only think about the growth and positivity in life and that is called the real success mantra of inner peace. As Mother Teresa mentioned once '' peace begins with a smile," and I am just adding to this ''inner peace begins when you start helping others to smile.''

Whenever you see Lord Krishna's childhood photos in Bhagavad Gita or any other book, he looks so innocent and always smiling. Lord Krishna's smile has so much depth in it. He did all his Leela or faced life's each and every struggle and complications but with a smile. It never took away his natural smile. The Carnation of Lord Krishna was the biggest asset for our life as its shows the real path of happiness and it can be achieved with inner peace. Even he resonated that love and happiness were there being Sanyoga with Radha but Viparayoga that is being away from Radha was also blessings for him. He narrated so well with his life that, change is never painful, it's only the resistance to change is painful. Once you decide to change nothing is impossible. Lord Krishna also taught his life journey that  "Seva Parmo Dharma". It's the ultimate inner peace. When you experience innocence, strength, love, courage, adventure, faith, kindness, flexibility all these parameters at their highest virtue then only you experience or you feel what is the definition of inner peace. The pandemic episode, ups, and downs in our life kept going but reading Bhagavad Gita and understanding messages of Lord Krishna, his guidance makes me feel that if we really try then we can achieve a real mantra of success in the form of inner peace which is available with us, we just need to feel it.

In one of the villages, there was a businessman who was going through a lot of financial crises. He was very upset with his life and was not getting the path to move further. In that village, there was a spiritual person who was also Krishna's devotee and he was guiding all the villagers to overcome the difficulties of life. This businessman knew rather he understood that his wrong deeds have resulted in him having these crises but he didn't know what is coming for him next. On the corner of the place where this spiritual person was residing, he was observing people. The spiritual guru called for him and asked him, what is wrong with you and why are you so quiet? You seem to be upset, he said. The businessman then narrated the whole story to the guru. The guru gave him blessings that "I give you five years of success, you do whatever you want to and you will achieve success in it". The businessman went back to his home and started working. He started getting success in his work but this time with his success he started sharing with others, he not only did work for himself and his family but also worked for the community at large. By the time five years of blessings and boon were up, he had done all the possible good deeds to earn good Karma, he did so well that unpleasantness never touched his life again. This was possible because he understood staying grounded, connecting with our roots, makes us happy and also help us becoming a better person. Your soul guides you to bend before you break and enjoy your natural beauty because that's what helps you to grow. Understanding life with experiences and learning from it only gives inner peace to our life.

Earlier our ancestors used to meditate for days and years to achieve peace in life. They wanted peace not to achieve power or money but simply to connect with God and to guide the people who have lost their path in life. If you read the story of Eklavya or the story of Prahalad they were guided by their gurus in a such way that rather than competing or hurting anyone they were taught to just do their best. When one does their best without hurting anyone, God shows the way. Inner peace also means ethics in life. If magic did exist in life then we would have been just robots, by pressing keys we would have achieved everything. It is with ethics, not to rush for things, and giving things time to grow with balance in life is the right path towards inner peace. Meditation and yoga do provide you with calmness but real success is when you start understanding your life and the life of the people around you. Also it is believed that, if you are on right path then God will fight the battle for you.

“Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers, quietly building new structures,” says John F. Kennedy
Every day I come across at least 5 new people. We take patients by appointment. Many a time we have to deal with senior citizens or say old people who are a little slow in the process. So, convincing them or making them understand becomes difficult. We do give appointments but due to managing them at times we get little delayed. I see many people getting restless for not attending them on time. Some people come from work so time management is necessary but they don't try to understand why we got delayed. But at the same time, some people do wait quietly and say it's ok please attend them we will wait. Some senior citizens despite having difficulty they will say please do fast as we have to return the car at the earliest otherwise we will get firing from son or daughter-in-law. I feel everyone goes through some or other difficulties but do we really sit any time peacefully for ourselves or for others. All these people get tired so fast one who that requires rest and one that requires peace.

On the other hand, when we call deaf kids to collect hearing aids given as donations. All the kids' ears are clean or aren't needed to be seen. I need to take their hearing test, need to take their molds measurements, and then once the hearing aids come, I need to fit them, and do programming in the hearing aids as per requirement. Later, we do their voice test and also counsel them and their parents to use hearing aids in the best possible manner. We also need to take photos if our donors are joining or we need to send photos to donors. All of these procedures take time and sometimes they need to sit for few hours. But none of these kids show anger or restlessness, they wait quietly for their turn to come and once we give them the hearing aids they will give us beautiful smile and say thank you and those are the moments when I feel best that it's worth working for them. They are such peaceful souls who believe in you. In today's scenario when we are feeling restlessness about our future and anxiousness, we must look at these specially challenged kids, who will give you a lesson to learn real inner peace. I feel these kids also make us believe that the next chapter of our life will be the best and we will get everything God has for us. Hence, we need overcome our restlessness and anxieties to have the real inner peace that will take us towards success.

Writing about positivity, feeling positivity when working with special kids has made me understand that people with purpose, goals, and visions in life have no time for drama. They invest their energy in creativity and focus on living a positive life with faith and peace. When you raise vibrations of positivity in life, then all those things which are not in alignment with you naturally will leave your life and you will start experiencing inner peace without even doing any yoga, exercise, or mediation. Of course, all of these do help you physically, which are also necessary but real mental peace is achieved with only implementing all the activities of life with positivity.

There is a nice quote in Hindi that says, "in search of a life with having inner peace I came a long way. I did not find life but I found life with a lot of experiences. Many people ask how I remain happy and I always keep smiling. So, I smile and say in the journey of my life I have removed my side glass which doesn't allow me to see those difficult roads which I have passed and where there were people who were talking about me, I just decided to move forward with positivity and that is the real success mantra for my inner peace. We are living in such a wonderful world, we need to appreciate it and our life as it is the greatest gift given to us let's live with peace, happiness and love.
