|| HEARING HEARTS ||

A Hearing Heart loves to whom it listens. As a mother, the first heartbeat of my daughter I heard in my womb through a sonographic machine gave me abundant happiness. Happiness can’t be described. It’s love for your child and whatever your child does, for any mother the love for her child never decreases. When a child falls and gets hurt or the child grows and achieves something those heartbeats hear only what is good for my child??? let me be happy with it. I am describing this feeling, if you feel the same, it can be felt by you if someone's heartbeat sincerely tries to hear you, console you, or gives you warmth. That feeling changes everything in your life. In this pandemic, we have gone through a lot of difficult situations, what I observed while working is that heart has started listening more than the mind. Hearing heart is need for the day. We need the heart of god who hears what his devotee needs, we need a heart of politicians who hear what their country citizen needs, we need a heart of parents to listen to their kids and heart of kids who listen to their parents. We need a heart of the head of a company who hears the needs of their employees and employee who hears what their heads need from them. we need doctors who hear the real wants and requirements of patients and hear them patiently, we need the hearts of patients who believe in their doctors.

The incarnation of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna teaches us how they were hearing the hearts of their devotees like Shabari and Draupadi who were in need. Their life journey narrates how their hearts were always ready to hear the people who were in need. Bhagwad Geeta book has recited many such incidents of how the lord was hearing through the heart. Even Lord Rama heard Vibhishana who was an enemy and brother of Ravana. lord, Krishna also heard the wife of Kansa who was thinking about how to kill him. They were never hesitant to hear from their enemies who wanted to kill them. Sometimes just hearing through the heart increases respect for you and sometimes just listening to someone through the heart can change so many lives. I love a spiritual song in which a devotee says the day you lord open your heart for us who are your devotees that day, the dumb will start speaking, the blind will get their eyes and the physical handicap will reach Kashi that is the door to the temple where God resides though he is walking with his own legs.

Working with special kids I have realized you need to hear them through your heart. They need your warmth which helps them to overcome the challenges much faster. Today when I’m thinking in this direction I am about to start this new venture called "Hearing Hearts" an association of all the professionals who will work as a team like an audiologist, speech therapist, psychologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and dietician. Who will help people in need to overcome their communication and mental health issues. We all are girl professionals and also a team of people who believe to work with our hearts. We will try our best to help people to work in the right direction overcoming the challenges of life. This is a new venture understanding the need of having a healthy mind and a healthy body with a healthy heart to work for our better future. I welcome all my readers to be part of this new venture.

This thought process came into mind working with special kids and their parents. I had one child who came with his stammering problem who was in 7 the std. recently during pandemic kids are at home. that boy is very intelligent and likes to enjoy outdoor activities than education part of studies. Both mother and father's total concentration is on this only one boy and they wanted him to overcome this stammering. The first session I took him with his parents and somehow he was not looking comfortable talking to me when his parents were around so the next session I sat only to talk to him. he said my mom and dad are all the time behind me do this do that. Every day instructing food, studies and many more such situations. the boy was so happy to talk alone .so then I understood more than the boy I think I need to change the attitude of my parents towards him will change everything.

The moment I started interacting with parents I realized that there was so much miscommunication, misunderstanding, and hiccups between the parents, they were not comfortable with each other. While talking and discussing it so happened they started fighting with each other. I realised that this scenario must be happening every day at home. This boy also has grandparents at home so four of them but none of them get along with each other. I counsel the parents that though your child is normal he has developed stammering through fear of not being comfortable with the matters which are happening at home. I requested parents to change their attitudes to help the child. Parents also realized more than boys they need therapy. Just things in discussion in the right direction gave so much confidence to that child. Magic of parents hearing him through their hearts. Heart always has love and hearing someone with love creates miracles.

We need to learn through hear through our heart through our soldiers who fights for our country. They sacrifice so we get protected. They are physically very strong as well as mentally as their focused to help mankind. They sacrifice their loved ones and families for us. They are the real heroes and real examples of people who hear through their hearts. 75 years after independence if we need to grow then each citizen of this country needs to follow the faith like these soldiers. They believe in the God who gives them strength, believe in their parents who shower their blessings for them, they believe in themselves who can fight for the country without any ifs and buts... When will we all citizens start thinking like that??? even if few percentage we learn from this soldiers and try to implement in our life a lot of changes will take place, a positive revolution will take place to just go in the right direction. Hear your country and country people through your heart.

Hearing heart is the concept developed through doing an activity of spreading positivity so sure will work to create more positive energy. Hearing heart is not only for special kids but it's for people who also need the right direction to grow in life. Developing hearing hearts for special kids will make them feel inclusive part of the normal society and hearing hearts for normal people will help to create a better future for our country and will help to make this universe better to live in. 

This change in humanly behavior can create goodness for humanity and society at large. We need to listen to our hearts. Because everything that’s done from the heart touches peoples, humans.
