|| Everything is Temporary ||

Life is full of temporary situations that help us find long-term answers. The sun rises in the morning and then fades away, leaving darkness, and the moon and stars enter to shine, likewise fading away yet remaining in the universe for years. The sun, moon, stars, and nature around us are permanent and perform their temporary roles in the universe from the moment we humans are born. We, humans, have a temporary arrangement to stay in this universe with permanent solutions provided by our lord, and we believe that we are powerful and have a permanent stay in this universe, allowing us to do and act as humans, good or bad, at any time and in any place. We have life on this planet that is only temporary, so why should we worry about something that is only temporary? Think about it! Consider it!! Let us shift our mindset to the idea that we only have one life, and let us feed it with such positivity that we leave a permanent mark as a star in this universe.

We have all moved into the scientific world; therefore, let us talk about science. Our brain capacity (which only humans have) loses 1 lakh brain cells per day, despite the fact that we are fortunate to have 100 billion cells with us. We inhale six liters of air every minute on average, take 13 to 17 breaths per minute while sitting motionless, and average 80 breaths per minute while doing vigorous exercise. On average, we breathe 20 times every minute and breathe 28,800 times each day. Every day, the stomach secretes 2 liters of hydrochloric acid. Stomach acid is powerful enough to dissolve metals, but it does not have time to harm the stomach walls since 5 lakh cells in your stomach lining are replaced every minute. A typical heartbeat circulates 59 cc of blood. A pulse rate of 70 beats per minute adds up to more than 1 lakh beats each day. According to a study, you sleep lightly 60% of the time, profoundly 18% of the time, and dream 20% of the time in 7.5 hours of sleep. Now if your brain power, breathing, food digestion, heartbeat, and sleep are all designed from the moment you were born, why do you worry so much and disrupt your temporary experience with anxiety and suffering and disrupt your body functions?

I meet so many parents with special children every day, as well as so many couples who have so many challenges coping with their children or with their marriage. Recently, I met a couple who said, "We have everything with us—all facilities, everyone's backing, and we're even financially sound—but we don't have the rapport to handle it all. During a lengthy discussion with them, I discovered that those temporary distinctions of everyday life were interfering with their communication, resulting in larger differences and a greater gap between them. Oftentimes, two couples do not discuss because of vanity or because they love and respect each other so much that they do not want to harm each other. In both cases, I believe that if two individuals get down and work out these temporary obstacles, a permanent solution of love and happiness will be developed.

We go somewhere temporarily and feel joyful and rejuvenated. We go to a restaurant, we eat, and it is digested, but it only provides temporary delight. We plan for festivals, invite our family and friends, and then it is over in a matter of hours, yet it leaves us with wonderful memories. We attend so many weddings where there are so many preparations, even pre-shoots and destination weddings, and social media advertising for the same, and then it simply breaks so quickly because of so many temporary differences and experiences. Emotions and sentiments have also become so temporary that relationships have lost their meaning. When I talk to such young couples, I feel that there are so many problems that are simple to resolve with discussion, but we only complicate them with temporary and unneeded experiences.

Lord Krishna has very well narrated in the Bhagwat Geeta that those who control all their body organs and try to keep thinking about them really fool themselves and keep creating negativity in their activities, but those who think positively and make the best use of their body organs to help, to think, to respect, to pay gratitude, they are the ones who always keep doing good karma without any expectations and with faith they achieve their success. Lord Krishna says every breath you take, every food you take, and every body action of yours are temporary moments, and it is you who have to collect those moments in such a manner that you receive only and only blessings from me. It's easy to get or earn money, but it's difficult to get blessings.

With this scientific revolution, our meaning of temporary has changed. Whether we are physically harmed, have a headache, have a muscle strain, or do not have enough food, money, or the attention of family members, we want immediate answers. We are not equipped to deal with temporary difficulties, panic, discomfort, or hardships. We just lose patience and make hasty decisions, sometimes giving up on ourselves. Is it truly necessary? Why can't we see this fear, worry, emotional disturbance, failure, and problems as temporary life disturbances that we will overcome very soon? Here, I believe that a positive attitude toward life is all that is required.

We have learned from nature. The noon sun on the head will fade soon, and the evening will make us feel pleasant. After a heavy, hot summer, the rain will be there to make the environment refreshing. Like in the universe how the earth moves in a circle with the sun and the moon to create day and night the same way circle of temporary negativity thoughts will go away and positivity will spread the world over. Recently, I read that someone, as an astrologer, feels humans will survive longer as they can find solutions to all survival issues. Yes, it is possible, but only if living life with happiness is there and not with the robotic life of an individual.

Temporary is everything, and everything is temporary. If we understand that very well as human beings with brain power, then life will become more fruitful and meaningful. Love life in such a manner that those temporary solutions to positivity raise permanent solutions to happiness throughout a lifetime.
