Stay Strong....

Image
Stay Strong . . . A beautiful lotus flower blooms in mud and water. A big tree stands tall, fighting through all weather conditions. Animals and birds survive, adapt, and find shelter even in the toughest situations. When nature itself shows such resilience, and we humans are created by the same Almighty, why do we struggle to stay strong during difficult phases of life? Many times, this question arises in our minds, why can’t we stay strong all the time? The answer that comes instantly is that we, as humans, are blessed with the ability to think. But somewhere, we tend to overthink. Take an example of a bird raising its baby, it nurtures with warmth, teaches it to fly, and eventually lets it explore the world independently. The bird becomes a role model for its young one. But what do we humans do? We either become overprotective parents, doing everything for our children, or we become careless, doing too little. Either we are afraid to make them independent, or we unknowingly ma...

Almost Invisible...

Almost Invisible. . . I was listening to a story from the time before the Mahabharata began. Dhritarashtra, the father of Duryodhana and the Kauravas, once called upon his astrologers to ask about the future of his sons, especially after the Pandavas had lost everything in the game of dice. The Kauravas wanted to rule Hastinapur alone and send the Pandavas away. The astrologers confidently predicted that Duryodhana had extremely powerful stars and was destined to be king. Worried and confused, Dhritarashtra called the astrologers again, questioning how events had turned so drastically against their predictions. The astrologers were shocked at this sudden shift. Upon deeper analysis, they realized that an invisible force had joined the Pandavas, altering the entire course of de...

Without Making Noise: How Giving Transforms Lives....

Without Making Noise: How Giving Transforms Lives .. . It is often said that in giving, we receive. There are many elements in this universe that exist only to give, the sun, the moon, and the stars shine without expecting anything in return. Nature itself follows this principle; plants give us oxygen while receiving carbon dioxide, maintaining a perfect balance. As human beings, we too are gifted with the ability to give, love, knowledge, emotions, and compassion, through our mind, heart, and soul. Yet, how often do we consciously pay attention to our act of giving? I once came across a beautiful thought: faith is believing in what we do not see, and the reward of this faith is seeing what we believe. This idea deeply connects with the act of giving. Giving, like faith, is often invisible. We may not immediately see its results, but when the rewards unfold, we begin to understand its true value. However, in today’s fast-paced, “selfie-driven” world, we tend to calculate what we ...
