Happiness is like this lotus flower. Though it grows in mud but given enough sunlight, it blossoms beautifully and never stays concerned about anything around. Lotus just smiles with its beautiful glow. The secret meaning of the lotus flower is nothing more spiritual than lotus- "it experiences immaculate conception every single day." It is also the national flower of India.
There is no exact definition of happiness, some people find happiness in doing adventures, some in listening to music or some in meeting friends while some find in helping others. But in today's rat race, Are we really feeling happy? and even if we feel happy, are we satisfied with it?
When I think of the story or mythology of "Radha Krishna" they found happiness in doing sacrifices. Though they loved each other immensely, they sacrificed their love for mankind and the wellness of society. Still, they were happy doing that. They were not just happy but also they spread happiness through their love for each other and love for people in this universe.
Today when we are really happy, rather than enjoying we start comparing with others. We never feel satisfied with what we have. We as a normal parent see our children doing something we want them to do more and sometimes unknowingly or unconsciously we develop pressure, and even they also can't enjoy what they have done and another side when I see disable kids especially deaf child start hearing and speaking a little, their parents are so happy and even those kids get encouraged to do more. Eventually, they flourish more. So happiness never comes with sorry or comparison. It comes with a comfort zone and the security of an individual.
This difficult time has taught us to be happy with what we have and search for our own happiness. Let your inner strength tell you what makes you feel happy. Sometimes that small happiness for your own self will show you the correct direction of your own life. How the earlier phrase says don't spoil your house by seeing the palace of others rather be happy with what you have. It's way better than those people staying in the hut.
Let's think, "I like it when I make chapatis for my daughter and it appears like full fulka and she loves seeing and she enjoys to the core". That gives me immense happiness and I create such opportunities as a mother. As father whenever my child achieves something I make or get something which he likes and which motivates him to do more. When husband or wife achieves something they narrate and listen to each other and see each other strengths and cherish it. Our family sits together and grandparents narrate stories of their experiences and ancient mythology and share it with all.
Your staff does wonderful work for the company and you appreciate in front of others, you also encourage others to learn from their qualities. As a responsible person of the country when someone does real sincere work with devotion like our soldiers who fight for our country, you start appreciating their devotion and encourage other citizens of the country. That's where those positive initiatives will start and vibrations of happiness will spread amongst and around us. That all started with us an individual. We can create that happiness once we start feeling happy. I really feel happy when I fit hearing aid to an individual requirement for a deaf child and to see that happiness till now of 1100 hearing-impaired kids on my own. We may not be best in spreading happiness but we need to try to put our best that way we understand our real skills and potential.
Life is beautiful and it also has music of happiness. We also learn to dance on that music of happiness with our own intuitions. God has given life with beautiful nature. We just need to cherish it with positivity and happiness.
I think our happiness of feeling starts with us. Let's work together to create a world where
"It becomes easier and better place to live in"
