The Sound of Silence...

The Sound of Silence... 18th June 2025 — a day I will never forget in my life. One incident that happened with me has left a great impact. A poor lady, in terms of financial status, taught me how one should lead life with self-respect and dignity as a human being. This very sweet-looking lady, around 40 years old, studied up to the 10th standard and lost her hearing after she delivered her child. Many times during delivery, the bones in the ear get stiff and you can lose your hearing. She has one child, a daughter who is now in the first year of engineering. This means she has had hearing issues for the last 18 years. She mentioned that around 10 years ago, I had given her a hearing aid, and it worked well, helping her manage her hearing. Due to her hearing issues, her husband left her, and now she lives with her parents. Her father takes care of her child's education, so even though her hearing aid stopped working two years ago, she never went anywhere to get help to hear better...

Why the Universe gave us two Ears and one mouth....

Why the Universe gave us two Ears and one mouth... We often wonder why nature designed us the way it did. One head, two eyes, two hands, all seems symmetrical. His voice was clear, and his tone was confident. His mother wept with joy. It wasn’t just a phone call, it was a breakthrough of hope. That moment reminded me again why listening is not just a clinical need but a soulful act. In life, one ear will hear the negative, the harsh words, the fear, and the critic...

Where focus goes, energy flows…

Where focus goes, energy flows... This proverb is something I’ve tried to implement in my life and it truly works. When COVID struck, it brought fear and uncertainty. Everyone was panicking about this calamity. I too experienced that panic, and we shifted to working from home. I began treating my hearing-impaired kids online and saw them literally struggling to learn. It hit me this is their reality. From childhood, they’ve struggled to communicate with the hearing world, and yet they remain enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to overcoming challenges. They strive every day to blend into a "normal" world. One fine day, I decided to emulate their focus and choose positivity in everything. I began writing about spreading positivity, inspired by working with them. Today, positive energy flows through my mind, body, and soul. It's been five years of writing over 260 articles. Except for a few times while traveling, I’ve done my best to publish a new article every Th...
