|| Together, we can make India Proud ||
We should always feel proud to be an Indian. Our national bird is Peacock and it is also favorite of Krishna. Krishna always gave importance to peacock feathers as a symbol of love and made it shine on his forehead. Peacock aura also teaches us that we should always celebrate our life with dance and music and song of love as our Indian culture is meant for that.
In India somehow due to the scientific revolution and technology evolution, we are missing the real charm, beauty and cultural values that our ancestors have given. Our history of all these years has proven that everything on this motherland can be nurtured with love and care.
To start with Krishna when Indra's anger got heavy rains and flood, Krishna gathered all the villagers in one place. He gathered everyone with love and affection and said with we together will solve these difficult situations. He took shelter of Govardhan parvata and everyone worshipped together to overcome those difficulties and on his small finger he carried Govardhana and all the villagers and animals got shelter under it.
Alone we can do so little together and achieve all impossible things. Our country has such a rich culture and heritage. There are a lot of studies on our core values in our religion about culture and languages. Earlier people were just focused and were ready to fight for their community, village, and country. Talk about Mahabharata, Ramayana, Mugal time or Maratha time, life for them was never self centrist.
Today we talk about an individual, world of selfie, our purpose has changed. This pandemic has taught us however difficult time comes we are safe and secured in our country, community, and family. We need support from each other. We need to worship together to let this difficult time pass.
Time has come we Indians need to level up our health mentally, emotionally, financially, energetically, and spiritually. I still remember when I saw a few years back in one of the article in the newspaper it was written that there is one psychologist who taught that in future in India there will be a lot of people who will have mental issues who decided to come back to India and serve that time. I as professional thought some of the professionals or big celebrities who really worked hard for India never left the country because they knew they can do so much for their countries like Gandhiji, Swami Vivekananda, and many more.
You as an individual need to make choices, you can live and create your own life and destiny. Our country has a motto "Swatch India and Swastha India". Here the meaning swatch not only means to keep our environment clean but also our thoughts. If we do that, each and every individual of us will be self-sufficient. Swastha means self-sufficient and will be able to contribute to our country. Working with deaf kids I have realized that with correct diagnosis and technology and best rehabilitation you can make them near normal and self-sufficient and we can reduce hearing handicaps from the society. So it is not difficult for normal human beings to be self-sufficient.
By making all deaf kids of our country self-sufficient we can reduce the liability of family and county the same way making ourselves self-sufficient. Imagine how much liability of our country we can reduce? Today we don't need to be Hindus or Muslims or Christians. We need more Jesus, Buddhas, and Krishnas who will get everyone together and will male our country more beautiful to live in.
We every Indian need to serve humanity with their own self commitments and need to nourish their body and mind with good thoughts and positivity. They should keep the faith and need to believe that together we can create miracles. Every Indian has its own potential which we need to use in the best manner and we may not be perfect in doing that but at least we can put effort.
I was an only female audiologist when got Humanitarian Award from the "American Academy of Audiology", that proud moment to be an Indian was just unimaginable. I think we all are capable to make our India proud. We just need to be there for each other. My teacher in school days taught us that every individual cannot do everything. To make country and community strong we all need to work together and help each other.
Again I love to say...
