I was reading a description of a young person, it says dynamic, fresh, fierce, extraordinary queer, prematurely sharp and wide awake. Young by heart is the one who loves life and lives life fullest with the adjectives of young. I feel Young and Young at heart is the one who shines like a sunflower in full sunlight and peaceful at night waiting for another day to rise again and shine. It has all the flexibility to adjust according to the environment. The one who can smile fully and also keep calm when it's needed. The more you shine within your soul, You remain younger at heart.

Radha - Krishna's love will always remain young in every age person's heart, as it was pure and it had a depth of understanding in it. Every circumstance in their life made them more strong and had a positive approach for everything. Today in Mahabharata all the characters were described but love, purity, and representation of best young age kridas of Krishna's were remembered by the people was "Radha - Krishna". Every person in this universe always remembers their first love as it teaches you the best soft and one of the best parts of your own life. I think being in love with someone is the first step towards learning human relations. Learning humanity as you respect another person's feelings.

Today's young generation who are just the product of technological age believes that perfection is needed which is a myth, one must realize that, however, and whichever way you see life only reality is struggling. If you earn fast money than a relationship is a struggle but, if you are good in relations than struggle is there, it may not be perfect for your life but it makes struggle easier. One must value and respect relations throughout your life to keep your heart young at all ages. I had one couple whom I know who used to talk on social media and they became close to each other and the day came when they decided to be life partner the boy disclosed that he is from a middle-class family. He is a hearing impaired and his family has worked hard to make him what he is today, they both were educated in business management. The boy felt after hearing that he has this disability she will refuse to marry but instead she was happy that she will be part of the family soon who has togetherness and values in the family. The family who put in efforts to overcome the difficulties of one of the family person is the family who will always stay together. They were very happy to spend life with each other. BUT TODAY HOW MANY YOUNGSTERS REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THIS ASPECT OF LIFE???

Young as the age when respect comes before love, every love story becomes a perfect love story if you start paying attention from the time of Radha - Krishna. To this generation of people, the strength of your heart depends on how well you maintain your relationships. We have seen so many people in relations spending so many years together understanding the best depth of their relationships and always enjoys each and every moment of their life. I know one couple who married 60 years back and still they compensate each other's difficulty so well. They visit our clinic with so much happiness through their small little jokes. I always get inspired seeing them young at heart.

I also come across senior citizens who still at the age of 80 or 85 they do their own things. one aunt, she had 4 sons in the USA and at the age of 83, every year she travels to USA alone and she had hearing difficulty she came to the clinic and she said you give me best hearing aids to hear so that I can travel alone and I don't have to take anyone's help. Give me a hearing aid to communicate without any difficulty. There is one more aunty who always wears crisp and beautiful colorful sarees and you will not see any crease in her sarees. One more aunty who says I want to hear again. At the age of 85, she says I want to hear the best because she loves to write spiritual songs and she can sing and hear that on her own and if God talks to him she wants to listen. What amazing enthusiasm I see in these senior citizens who are young at heart. Having a youthful outlook especially, in spite of age, one must learn from this all lovely grandmothers. Time has come, all young age people need to evolve. Fast pace world doesn't repeat rather it makes life difficult and you age faster than what you are.

This pandemic has taught us to blend qualities of the old with techniques of the new which gives birth to an entirely new creation, that brings novelty and freshness in life. We understand that in this rate race we want to achieve the best but, at the same time if we can't be with family whom we love there is no value of those achievements. Kindness, Respect, Commitment, Creativity together with technology gives the best results. We all have in our heart but we just need to analyze and need to use it in our daily life.

Fast pace decreases our passion and may give the wrong direction but, stability increases our patience and always gives us the bright and right direction. If you see the moon, it always progresses from darkness to brightness with clarity of days and always has the patience to shine bright day by day and wait for the day to really shine. there is no possibility of a fast pace in this. There is a time for everything.

We all can be young at heart throughout our life if we start understanding our selves and the people around us and the environment around us. It is said, "Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder the same way beauty of our young at heart is felt by our own heart."
