|| Why is clear, How is easy || When a young kid approaches a pail of boiling water, parents typically warn them, "There's hot water there; don't go there." " Why can't I go?" the kid will ask. It's a pretty straightforward notion that if you simply ask why and how to interpret, it will be much simpler. They will be eager; they won't listen; they'll still approach that boiling water and attempt to touch it, and then they will understand. A young child has an open, curious mind, but the more you force them to consider why, the simpler it is for them to understand how in the long run. It was World Thinking Day on February 22, 2023. We need to consider why and how in order to provide profound answers to any questions we may have. As an audiologist, I would add that we also need to consider why safe hearing is important. Living well depends on your hearing. Consider it. It's World Hearing Day on March 3. It's crucial to ask yourself why a...

|| Power of Words ||

||  Power of Words  || It is said that the power of words can move hearts and those hearts can move limbs. When words have positive power, they fill the heart with love and move the body with force. I was returning from Goa when I noticed an elderly citizen couple seated next to me. They must be between the ages of 70 and 80. It was a short flight in the afternoon. The air hostess began providing meals, and this pair, who may have Diabetes, may have taken their medications in the hopes of receiving food. Because they had pre-booked it, the husband and wife were confident they would receive it. The air hostess was serving meals, and they began handing them out to everyone, but they did not get any. The wife stood up twice to inquire, and both the husband and the wife became restless. They called the air hostess and inquired as to why we were not receiving meals. The air-hostess stated that we are not need to pre-book but will still confirm. Immediately, the husband took out the...

|| Memories are treasure ||

|| Memories are treasure || Some people like having gold, silver, or platinum treasure. Others choose to have a treasure trove of real estate, an ideal monarch from their distant ancestors, a collection of cash, or coins, among many other things. In my opinion, the biggest treasure in life is the ability to look back on memories that you will remember forever, memories that will help you cultivate good energy, memories that will make the most unforgettable moments of your life, or memories that will make the past, present, and future the best. "Life is short, so live it," they say. Feel the rarity of love. Anger is bad; dump it. Fear is awful, but face it. Memories are lovely; one should appreciate and cherish them. We sometimes overlook the importance of our memories in our daily lives. When we celebrate any significant event in our lives, such as a birthday, wedding, family reunion, social gathering, or community or country gathering, we don't talk about how much money ...

|| Everything you deserve will be yours || BE PATIENT ||

Image
||  Everything you deserve will be yours||  || BE PATIENT || We are born as human beings on this earth. We come with an empty mind, and then slowly, as our brain gets activated, we start thinking and develop our life journey with our thoughts, experiences, and exposure to the environment around us. Like when we travel, we treasure so many memories of life. In a similar manner, on the journey of life, we gather sorrow, happiness, and many more emotions. The first few years of life after birth are the happiest years of our lives because we don't need to have patience since we can just express our emotions with our innocence. When ideas become knowledge, that is when we must practice extreme patience in order to understand the world around us. If you look at nature, you will notice that the sun likewise patiently waits through the entire night to shine once more in the morning. The moon has the patience to wait until nightfall to shine throughout the night. The plants wait patien...

|| Be Happy To Keep Up With Life ||

|| Be Happy To Keep Up With Life || Many people will give us advice, such as "Be happy in whatever you do," "Be happy with whatever you have," or "Be glad you are alive." Other phrases like "Be happy I'm here talking to you" are also common. But I'm simply wondering, how many of us actually sit down and try to implement this in our hectic lives? One needs to make time to learn how to be happy in order to continue living, especially given how stressed out people are nowadays, how much more communication is required, and how much smaller the world has gotten thanks to technology. If you only observe nature, the waves will come to the coast, play on it while they are there, and then they will go back. Butterflies fly like travelling from one bloom to the next and returning after taking their fragrance. Birds fly to find food and shelter, then return to their nests to rest whenever they choose to appreciate those moments. Over the years, all ...

|| Efforts Are Better Than Promises ||

  || Efforts Are Better Than Promises || The year 2022 is coming to an end, and the next one, 2023, is about to start. The past three years, from 2020 to 2022, have been extremely challenging for every single person living in the universe. So many individuals suddenly left our universe due to deadly diseases that appeared on this planet and could only be the result of human error. However, I have a question: if there are other species in this world, why haven't they been infected by this deadly virus? Even if some of these other species are going extinct, this is due to human error rather than disease. Where are we making a mistake? What is it that is having an impact on us as humans? We should all consider and analyze  this. We are fortunate to have been created as humans because God was generous enough to endow us with a brain that allows us to think brilliantly. We develop from small newborn babies to responsible adults. God worked hard to create the universe, and we h...

|| The Secret Santa ||

Image
|| The Secret Santa ||   A Visit from St. Nicholas, an 1823 poem, had a huge impact on how the idea of Santa was adopted in the United States and Canada during the 19th century. Santa's look was also influenced by political cartoonist and caricaturist Thomas Nast. He has since maintained and strengthened his reputation through music, radio, television, children's books, family Christmas traditions, and even movies and advertising. Since then, Santa Claus, also known as Father Christmas, Saint Nicholas, Saint Nick, Kris Kringle, or simply Santa, is a legendary figure from Western Christian culture who is said to bring children gifts on Christmas Eve in the form of toys and sweets, or coal, depending on how good or bad they have been that year. I believe that in Indian culture, our Guru, who educates us in schools, universities, and spirituality, has served as our secret Santa over the years. Their duty is to instruct us, regardless of whether we are good or bad, smart or s...
